Digital Marketing Director

As our Digital Marketing Director at Bicester Village, you’ll be responsible for the Guest Acquisition of our flagship Village. You’ll be creating and executing new strategies both locally and globally across all digital channels (including our website, app and social media platforms) to identify and convert HNW Guests to shop with us at Bicester Village and help us continue our Double Digit Growth.

You‘ll be developing the digital strategy at Bicester Village as a Centre of Excellence within The Bicester Village Shopping Collection, sharing best practice and success with other Villages, integrating new digital opportunities and technologies, encompassing our Guest Knowledge and Engagement (CRM) programmes, our new Virtual Shopping service and our renowned Personal Shopping & VIP hospitality offering.

 

This Digital Marketing Director role is a full time, permanent position based primarily in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, UK.

·      Experience leading digital within Retail, or within a luxury brand environment

·      Extensive experience in leading, developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategy

·      Examples of where you have achieved quantitative growth targets

·      Proven success of growing consumer relationships within an international organisation

·      An understanding of how to measure, manage and demonstrate ROI

·      Knowledge of GDPR impact on collecting and managing customer data

·      A commercial understanding of retail

·      A great leader, able to influence and collaborate across all levels

·      Someone with a progressive and entrepreneurial mindset

·      Fluent in English (essential), and any additional European language would be an advantage
